Does your synthetic turf come with a warranty and how long will it last?
Product warranties can range from 8-10 years (depending on the turf). This covers against degradation and fading. The turf will not break down over time and is also UV stabilized to prevent fading. Turf installations can easily last over 20 years.

What kind of maintenance is required for synthetic turf?
Not much is required after installation to keep the turf looking new. Occasionally you might wash off any dust that could attach to the blades (every 3 –4 months) or remove any debris or leaves with a blower. greensyn will annually maintain your putting green or lawn (for a minimal cost) to keep the turf looking new.

What about drainage during a down pour?
Our putting greens are installed with proper undulations that consider drainage. The lawn turf is constructed with a perforated backing that ensures fast draining. They can drain up to 40 inches of rain an hour. This is why fields are constructed with synthetic turf all over the world.

Does synthetic turf get hotter than real grass in the summer months?
Yes it does because real grass acts as an evaporate cooler. However, greensyn uses a combined infill of sand and rubber so it does not get as hot as all rubber in fills. In some cases irrigation is installed and can be turned on prior to use to cool the turf. When there is no sun on the grass the turf will cool to ambient temperature. The turf does not retain heat.

How much does it cost for synthetic turf to be installed?

Is the turf flammable?
All synthetic turfs are non-flammable however they will melt with a burn from a cigarette or cigar. This will only make a spot as big as the ash and should not affect the turf.

Are your products available for only residential applications?
Our products are well-suited to both residential and commercial applications. Office and apartment complexes, assisted living facilities, and even recreation and parks departments are realizing the longer term benefits of our maintenance free lawns, fields, courts, and golf surfaces.

Do you make indoor putting surfaces?
Yes we actually use the same nylon surface for indoor applications that we do for outside putting greens. This enables you to have an indoor putting surface the same as you would practice on outside. We have seen indoor solutions from executive offices to car dealership showrooms.

Does greensyn offer any additional services?
We can be your turnkey solution if necessary. We can provide a totally landscaped environment, and even include chipping stations and/or sand traps if you’d like. One of our favorites is custom flags or poles so that each member of your family can name their own hole!

Are there payment options?
Yes, if necessary we do offer financing options provided through our partners for qualified businesses and individuals. Depending upon your needs our installations may qualify for construction financing. Additionally, we accept all major credit cards.
